Yet another hosting service that doesn't care one lick about the customer and just wants their CC info.

Guest (8.1 years ago) Support staff are rude. They will do anything to stop a refund even if their services are defective. Upset them and they will try every trick in the book to scare you in doing what they say. If your service is defective and you want a refund, save yourself the effort and go via PayPal Buyer Protection.

Guest (8.6 years ago) Server not updating itself properly, server resetting (deleting everything!) at random times, backups not working (corrupted!) and auto-update feature broken (resets server!)
